In Bellmore and surrounding areas, we’re seeing a shift in how bathrooms are being designed. More people are focusing on blending functionality with comfort. You want spaces that not only look good, but also feel good to use every day. Comfort-height toilets, stylish faucets, and efficient layouts are top of the list. Touchless fixtures, smart shower valves, and wall-mounted sinks are also making their way into local bathrooms. These features help reduce contact, save water, and simplify cleaning without sacrificing the look you want.
Another trend we’ve noticed is the push toward water-saving upgrades. Many of our customers are choosing high-efficiency toilets and low-flow showerheads to help reduce monthly utility bills. These upgrades are especially popular with families and property owners who want to stay eco-friendly without compromising performance.
Toilets might seem simple, but when something goes wrong, it quickly becomes frustrating. We regularly respond to calls about toilets that won’t stop running, weak flushes, phantom flushing, and leaks around the base. These problems are usually caused by worn-out components like flappers, fill valves, or wax seals. The good news is we can usually fix them the same day.
If you’re hearing strange sounds from the toilet when it’s not in use, or if your water bill is creeping up without explanation, it might be time for a professional to take a look. Catching these issues early can save you a lot of money and prevent water damage down the line.
More of our customers are upgrading their toilets to improve comfort, efficiency, and appearance. Dual-flush models are gaining traction because they give you better control over water usage. Comfort-height toilets are another common upgrade, especially for older adults or anyone looking for easier accessibility. We’re also installing more toilets with soft-close lids, bidet attachments, and even heated seats.
These aren’t just luxuries anymore. They’re practical upgrades that can improve your day-to-day routine while also adding value to your home. When we install a new toilet, we make sure everything is level, sealed, and connected properly so you don’t have to worry about it again.
Leaks, clogs, and low water pressure are common issues we see in bathtubs and showers. If your tub is draining slowly, it could be due to buildup in the drain line. We also fix faulty diverter valves, worn cartridges in the faucet, and leaking showerheads. In some cases, the issue is behind the wall, and we have the tools to find and fix those without tearing everything apart.
Water damage behind shower walls is something we take seriously. If you notice mold, peeling paint, or soft drywall near the tub or shower, you could be dealing with a hidden leak. We can track it down and repair the plumbing before it turns into a bigger issue.
We’re seeing a rise in requests for walk-in showers, body spray systems, and rainfall showerheads. Many clients are ditching the old one-piece tub units in favor of tiled showers with built-in benches and storage niches. Freestanding tubs are also gaining popularity for their sleek look and spa-like feel.
One of the easiest ways to improve your bathroom experience is by upgrading your water heater. We install tankless water heaters and recirculation pumps that make sure you always have hot water ready at the tap. If your current setup leaves you waiting or running out of hot water too soon, we can recommend a better system based on your household’s needs.
Faucet repairs are one of the most frequent service calls we get. In many cases, you may start to notice a slow drip, which can waste a surprising amount of water over time. Other times, the issue is more dramatic, like a faucet that sprays unevenly or has lost all pressure. Leaks from the base, difficulty turning the handle, and constant running water are also signs that something’s not right.
Many of these problems are caused by worn-out washers, corroded valve seats, or mineral buildup, which is especially common in areas with hard water. In some cases, a faucet may simply be at the end of its lifespan. When parts begin to rust or plastic components crack, it’s often more cost-effective to install a new fixture altogether.
Whatever the issue, we make sure to diagnose it quickly and offer clear options for repair or replacement that suit your budget and style.
Bathroom faucets have come a long way in terms of both functionality and aesthetics. One of the most exciting upgrades we’ve seen gaining popularity in Bellmore is the use of touchless faucets. These are motion-activated and help reduce water waste while keeping things clean and germ-free.
We also install thermostatic mixing valves, which allow you to set a consistent water temperature for safety and comfort. These are especially helpful in homes with kids or elderly family members. Other innovations include LED temperature indicators, built-in filtration, and even voice-activated options that can be synced with smart home systems.
If you're upgrading your bathroom, faucets are one of the easiest ways to blend functionality with design. With modern finishes like matte black, brushed nickel, or champagne bronze, we can match your faucet to any bathroom style.
Water conservation is a big deal, especially in areas like Nassau County where infrastructure is aging and utility costs are always a consideration. High-efficiency faucets are designed to use significantly less water without sacrificing performance. They often include aerators that mix air into the stream, which maintains strong pressure while reducing water flow.
By switching to a WaterSense-labeled faucet, you can save hundreds of gallons of water every year. That means lower water bills and a more sustainable home overall. If you're replacing outdated fixtures, this kind of upgrade often pays for itself within the first year.
We’ve seen a lot of DIY faucet installs go sideways. What looks simple on a YouTube video can quickly become a flooded cabinet if something gets cross-threaded or a connection isn’t sealed properly. Improper installation also increases the risk of slow leaks that cause long-term damage to cabinetry or drywall.
When you hire World Class Sewer and Drain, we do more than just tighten a few fittings. We inspect the water lines, clean out mineral buildup, check for valve issues behind the wall, and make sure everything runs smoothly from the moment we finish. We also handle any changes to the drain assembly, and if needed, we’ll recommend water supply line upgrades for long-term reliability.
The end result is a faucet that looks sharp, functions perfectly, and lasts for years without hassle. Whether you're upgrading one bathroom or renovating the whole house, we’re here to make the process simple, clean, and reliable from start to finish.
When you’re remodeling a bathroom, plumbing is one of the most important parts to get right. At World Class Sewer and Drain, we handle the critical infrastructure behind the walls and under the floors. Our job is to ensure that every drain, every pipe, and every fixture is installed the right way the first time. That means working closely with your general contractor or designer so that the plumbing matches your floor plan and design vision.
We often come in before tile is laid or walls are closed up. This is the point where any layout changes, upgrades, or rerouting needs to happen. We make sure hot and cold water lines are placed exactly where you want them, that waste lines are pitched properly, and that everything will pass inspection the first time.
Whether you’re gutting the whole bathroom or just changing a vanity and toilet, we bring precision and attention to detail to every remodel project we take on.
Smooth remodeling projects depend on clear communication, and that’s where our experience sets us apart. We understand how to work around flooring schedules, electrical upgrades, and cabinetry installation. We stay in close contact with your contractor or designer throughout the job so your remodel stays on track.
If you’re working with a custom vanity or plan to move the location of a tub, sink, or toilet, we coordinate with all the parties involved to make sure everyone’s working off the same blueprint. We also help identify challenges early, such as joist limitations, drain slope requirements, or venting concerns. By solving these issues up front, we prevent delays and reduce your risk of cost overruns.
One of the biggest challenges in remodeling is rerouting plumbing. Older homes in Bellmore often come with outdated galvanized steel or cast iron pipes, and once we start opening up walls or floors, we can see signs of corrosion or previous patchwork repairs. Replacing or rerouting these lines is often the smartest move long term, even if it wasn’t part of the original plan.
Another challenge is venting. If you’re adding or relocating fixtures, we need to make sure every drain has proper venting. This may involve reworking attic or wall vent lines or tying into the stack in a way that meets code.
Access is also a major factor. Second-floor bathrooms, tight crawl spaces, or slab foundations each come with their own set of limitations, and we’re used to navigating every one of them.
If you’re thinking about remodeling your bathroom, the smartest thing you can do is plan early and bring in your plumber from the start. A quick walk-through before demo begins can save thousands in avoidable rework. We’ll help you understand what’s possible, what’s not, and how to get the most value from your plumbing upgrades.
Choose fixtures that match your long-term needs. Think about water-saving toilets, easy-to-clean sinks, pressure-balanced shower valves, and high-efficiency faucets. If you’re planning a master suite, now’s the time to consider adding a tankless water heater or increasing hot water capacity.
We also recommend confirming your water pressure, drain condition, and pipe material before investing heavily in finishes. A beautiful bathroom with bad plumbing is a future headache.
With the right plumbing team on your side, a bathroom remodel becomes a smooth and rewarding experience. We’re here to make sure everything behind the walls performs just as well as what’s in front of them.
Toilets are one of the most used fixtures in your home, and they tend to show their age in obvious ways. At World Class Sewer and Drain, we’re regularly called to fix running toilets, weak flushes, clogs, phantom flushes, and leaking bases. These problems might seem small at first, but they can add up to serious water waste or hidden damage if not addressed early.
A constantly running toilet usually means a worn flapper, a broken fill valve, or misaligned float. We can often replace these parts the same day. If your toilet is clogging frequently, there may be a deeper issue in the drain line, which we’ll inspect with a camera if needed. We also fix leaks around the base of the toilet, which often come from failed wax rings or loose bolts.
These are all fixable issues, but in some cases, repair costs start to approach the price of a replacement. That’s when we walk you through your options for upgrading.
Modern toilets have come a long way in recent years. If you're still using an older 3.5-gallon model, you're using much more water than necessary. Most of the new toilets we install use 1.28 gallons per flush or less, and they flush better than the older units ever did. Dual-flush options allow you to use even less water for liquid waste.
Beyond water savings, newer toilets also come with advanced features like skirted bowls for easy cleaning, comfort-height seating, soft-close lids, and even built-in bidet functionality. These upgrades can make a big difference in both comfort and hygiene.
Upgrading your toilet is also a great way to add value to your bathroom, especially if you're doing a partial remodel. It’s a small investment that improves both function and aesthetics.
A leaking or running toilet is one of the most common sources of water waste in a home. Even a slow leak can waste hundreds of gallons a month, and if left unchecked, it can quietly drive up your water bill.
We often meet people who call us after noticing a spike in their water usage. One of the first things we check is the toilet. A simple dye test in the tank can reveal if water is seeping into the bowl between flushes. If it is, you're paying for water you’re not even using.
By repairing or replacing faulty components, we can help bring your water bill back down to normal and make sure everything is running efficiently. And if it's time to upgrade, we’ll install a modern, high-efficiency toilet that helps you save every month.
Toilet installation may seem straightforward, but there’s more to it than meets the eye. A toilet must sit level and seal tightly to the flange. If the flange is damaged or misaligned, you’ll end up with leaks or rocking. We check for these issues during every install and make any necessary repairs before placing the new toilet.
We also make sure the supply line and shutoff valve are in good shape, test for leaks, and clean up the area so your bathroom is ready for use the moment we leave. It’s that extra attention to detail that sets our service apart.
When you trust World Class Sewer and Drain for toilet repair or installation, you get quality workmanship, clear communication, and peace of mind that the job was done right.
We uphold the highest standards in the industry, using top-tier tools and techniques to get the job done right. With extensive knowledge and years of experience, we’re ready to handle any sewer or drain crisis, ensuring swift, professional service you can trust.

I called Mike at World Class and he responded within hours and kept me informed when he was delayed at the prior job. It was a very difficult blockage due to my old galvanized pipes and a T-joint that joined the two. Mike spent almost 2 hours trying to get it unclogged. Most people would have given up, but he persisted and got it cleared. He lived-up to his “world-Class” name. Thanks Mike, I will be calling you again, and recommending you to anyone who asks.Posted on Joy KimTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a major issue in my basement with how the plumbing was set up. The previous owner had set up a horrible system. I had three other plumbers look at the issue and all of them misdiagnosed the issue. Mike and Mike recognized it right away and did fantastic work fixing it. Recently, they cleaned out a blockage in my septic tank pipe and replaced a toilet. Throughout the process they walked me through each step of what they were doing. When identifying issues they provided multiple solutions and recommendations. They are extremely professional, always respond quickly, and provide fantastic quality work. I can't recommend them enough.Posted on Richard LevowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On April 19th, 2025 the downstairs toilet in our home overflowed. As a result, the den level and basement required full remediation. This included removing all of the paneling in the den as well as sheetrock in the bathroom and basement. Once the carpeting was removed, we discovered that the floor tile was asbestos which required an additional protocol for removal. Fast forward to August 1st. The space was now roughly 70% done. The downstairs toilet was still not replaced. Someone flushed the upstairs toilet and water came gushing out of the toilet flange downstairs flooding the bathroom, part of the basement and part of the den. That required 4 days worth of work to be ripped out. In addition, I now had another claim with another deductible. As soon as this happened, I called World Class. Mike and Mike came out in the late afternoon and snaked the line from the outside of the house. They strongly recommended that I have them come back and inspect the sewer line with their camera. Mike returned the next week and we discovered that the sewer line to the main was separated. He explained to me that the situation that I had could be repaired with a high tech machine that they use for this type of problem. The machine coats the pipe with an epoxy resin which is more durable than the current pipe material. He assured me that it would resolve the issue. Mike, Mike, Hector and Gio came out that Friday and worked on the sewer line. They were at the house for roughly 10 hours. They worked in a highly professional manner and explained to me what they were doing as they proceeded. Needless to say having your house flood out twice is very stressful. Mike and Mike were excellent at calming my nerves. I highly recommend them should you ever have sewer or plumbing issues.Posted on Annamarie BurriesciTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
